1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and dd999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the dd999 platform located at https://dd999.bio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these T&C, together with any additional policies referenced herein, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the dd999 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these T&C constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these T&C periodically. dd999 reserves the right to update these terms at any time with reasonable notice provided to registered players.

2.Player Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on dd999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the lifetime of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. dd999 does not accept players under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person of legal capacity — corporate entities, partnerships, and trusts may not register as players.
• You must register using your own true and accurate personal details. Registration using false, misleading, or another person's identity is strictly prohibited.
• You must hold only one player account on dd999 at any given time. Opening a second account, whether under the same identity or a different one, is a material breach of these T&C.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of dd999 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.

dd999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification confirming your name, date of birth, and address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification completion.

3.Account Registration and Security

When registering for a dd999 account, you agree to the following account obligations and security responsibilities:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
• Any activity conducted through your dd999 account using your correct login credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you and you accept full responsibility for all such activity.

4.Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dd999 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals processed through the dd999 platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of submission during normal operating hours.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., deposits made from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source account after deducting any applicable processing fees.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the dd999 account holder. dd999 will not send funds to a payment account belonging to a third party under any circumstances.
• dd999 does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. Any network or transaction fees displayed during the payment process are levied by the payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or the relevant bank) and are not collected by dd999.
• dd999 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, in particular withdrawals of large amounts or withdrawals to a payment account not previously used for deposits on the same account.

In cases where dd999 determines that a deposit was made using fraudulent payment credentials or through an unauthorised payment account, dd999 reserves the right to freeze the account balance, reverse the deposit, and report the matter to the relevant authorities. Any winnings accrued using fraudulently deposited funds will be voided.

5.Bonuses and Promotions

dd999 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to registered players aged 21 and above who have successfully completed any required verification steps on their account.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement unless otherwise explicitly stated. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested.
• dd999 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus will be notified of material changes affecting their active bonus balance.

• Free spins issued as part of a promotion will expire if not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired free spins cannot be reinstated.

The welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. A qualifying deposit is a deposit of the minimum amount specified in the welcome bonus promotion terms. The welcome bonus cannot be claimed by a player who has previously held a dd999 account, including accounts that have been closed either voluntarily or by dd999 for policy violations.

6.Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on dd999 is subject to the following rules. These rules apply across all product categories including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and fish games:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A placed bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player after confirmation, except where dd999 expressly provides a cash-out feature for the relevant market.
• dd999 reserves the right to void any bet where it can be demonstrated that the bet was placed based on information that was not publicly available at the time of placing, or where the outcome of the event was already known at the time the bet was accepted.

7.Responsible Gaming

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

8.Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dd999 and constitute a material breach of these T&C. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Employing any software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to automate gameplay, predict outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated crash game cash-out strategies.

9.Account Suspension and Termination

dd999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances, without limitation, may result in account suspension or termination:

• Breach of any provision of these T&C, including eligibility requirements, account security obligations, prohibited activity restrictions, and responsible gaming conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information during registration or verification.
• A player's request for voluntary self-exclusion or account closure, which dd999 will action within 24 hours of the request being received.

Upon account termination for a policy violation, dd999 will conduct a full review of the account's transaction and betting history. 10.Intellectual Property

11.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dd999 excludes all liability for loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. In particular, dd999 shall not be liable for:

• Interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical failures, telecommunications outages, third-party service provider failures, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or governmental action.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if dd999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these T&C limits dd999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. dd999 does not exclude liability where exclusion would be unlawful.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of first contact with dd999 support, either party may pursue resolution through applicable legal channels. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
